SPECIAL NOTES:

• Dogs are not permitted on tours at this time for the safety of our animals and our guests

• Washrooms available on-site

• Stroller / Wheelchair acceessible

• Tours must be pre-paid, cancellations under 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

• No smoking on property

• Animals are unpredictable and therefore visitors are not permitted inside any large animal enclosures. Visitors will have opportunities to get close to and pet the small animals in a safe controlled environment.
